Looking through previous reviews I am a bit surprised. Yes it's a bit clunky, and I was expecting that seeing as "proper" smartwatches are twice as expensive, but we've no problems with tracking, calling or messaging. No contacts have gone missing from the phone, and it was very clear I would need to pay for a Sim plan, which is a no-brainer to be honest. We've only had it for a few days, but so far so good.

Absolute rubbish! Do NOT get Spacewalk watch as they don't do what they claim to do. No longer able to get location updates in new App & the watch itself has constant issues.

Terrible, I can't pair my kids watch. This is really frustration. We have had spacewalk watches for about 4 years and this new app is just not working or user-friendly.

Customer service doesn't respond. Update awful. Can't edit or delete contacts. Received a letter saying 3G is shutting down but the watch won't allow a switch to 4G. Do not buy.
