It's the worst app. I can't register. How do you expect to scan qr code with the same phone that installed the app?? Next, if you choose manual option, also doesn't work because you don't have any details to enter manually! The stupidest app ever! So basically I can't have internet banking because it's the only way through the app. How ridiculous. Only in germany this nonsense exists. Just to prove the point, I installed banking app of another country, it was superfast and so easy.

You have to use this app to activate Sparta app. If something goes wrong in this app you need Sparta app to request a new activation code!!! Dear Sparta, how can I use Sparta app without Sparta secure app??

More poorly thought out software. Banking is unsuitable for Germans, I've tried to explain to them for forty years, but they insist on being right. How can you teach someone who refuses to admit they make mistakes? Offered changing the basic metadata, one does, but then that breaks the connection, which perhaps can only be reset by uninstalling then reinstalling and then leaving the name of the phone as a 45 digit alphanumeric lump, instead of erasing the confusing part.

Since a couple of days I can't confirm transactions. It shows a time limit of 5 minutes but after one second it goes to zero and tels me the time limit was extended. Is someone working on getting it fixed. Can't use my bank account or even see it.
