**almost 2 years later and this app finally works!! It works very well now!!** This thing downloaded with glitches. The "loading" circle constantly flashes and can interfere with being able to click things and makes the apps' reaction time slower and annoying. It just made me take up more phone storage space that im almost out of... "For bug fixes" and It's still EXACTLY THE SAME! 😠 No fix at all. More space wasted.

Update: The self check-in issue is fixed, and all is good. The app was working fine until a couple of days ago—now it seems that self check-in is busted and doesn't record attendance unless an admin does it for me.

I love the place going there for 1 year is amazing coaches are so nice I love it ❤ it's so fun but u do learn stuff, and I learned that doing the kicks and punches extra it's not for hurting people it's to for me to get confident and meet new people I made so many new friends and pushing myself out of the comfort zone feels better, and I love all coaches there extremely nice 😊👍. I recommend going here and the app helps me so much learning things and getting better at it ❤ hope this helps.

It worked fine for a few months, but now it just won't let me back in. I have reset my password, installed/uninstalled and the gym even sent me a reset email. Nothing works 😠. So frustrating because I can't sign up for classes or look at the schedule anymore. Emailed their help area and never heard back. Horrible app.

This app is completely unusable. It loads, but then the screen is frozen, and you can't click on anything. I've had it for about 2 months now and have not been able to get it to work even once.

This rating is for the app, NOT my kid's dojo (which is a fantastic dojo). Since switching to Spark a couple of months ago, we've seen nothing but problems coordinating classes and events like graduations.

Does not work on my phone, it just freezes and then crashes. Reading the reviews, I enabled precise location permissions. Don't know why it needs it, nothing it does seems to use it, but it does fix the problem. If I didn't need the app for scheduling kids karate classes, I would avoid using it.
