The app is great until you need to change your device—then it becomes a nightmare. There is no way to "log in" or transfer your existing account to a new phone. Once I downloaded it on my new device, I was treated as a new user and locked out of my old account/data. The customer service is non-existent, offering no help for this basic, critical issue. This is a major scam if you ever plan to upgrade your device. Avoid.

I originally downloaded this in hopes that it would help with my self-care needs because I struggle a lot with keeping a stable routine due to being unorganized and mentally ill, but it didn't quite help me achieve what I needed. A major help would be to set specific times and dates for different tasks (set time of day and repeat option like do X task daily and Y task on a certain day of every week for example). This app is generally not good for someone like me who needs constant reminders.
