The app is great until you need to change your device—then it becomes a nightmare. There is no way to "log in" or transfer your existing account to a new phone. Once I downloaded it on my new device, I was treated as a new user and locked out of my old account/data. The customer service is non-existent, offering no help for this basic, critical issue. This is a major scam if you ever plan to upgrade your device. Avoid.
