It seems like other people have many problems but as of now, I haven't experienced any issues. Sign in was fine, I was able to add a card to Google Wallet. No bugs so far. The only issue was that it took a lot of tries to get the payment to work which was prob an error on my end. Nevertheless, app could have been more intuitive by letting us know that it is best paid over the app/open in a specific browser.

Well, I was hesitant to use this app after reading all the reviews about not being able to add to Google wallet... It worked seamlessly for me - easy & quick process! Perhaps it has been sorted out for 2024? I'm using an Android phone.

Ridiculous amount of steps to use a gift card. Creating an account and downloading an app just to add it to Google wallet.

Update: 5 days and still can't login to add Can't even go past to log into my account! Seriously what the heck, I bought this gift card because of comm bank promotion for my parents, trying to set it up for them, I can't even go past next to log them in to link to Google pay. I'm in IT and if it's impossible for me, I can only imagine how everyday users / non tech-savvy people go through... Please fix your app. It's Boxing Day and all the gift cars I bought for my friends and family are useless!!

Worst app ever! Wasted lots of time but still failed to set up and use a Special Gift Card for Woolworths. Simply frustrating!
