This is Russian SPYWARE. It practically tells you so in the privacy statement. BYE BYE RUSSKIS. EDIT: Look how defensive and insulting is the dev's broken English response. He also doesn't offer an explanation as to why he keeps (up to everything) the app records (and possibly more). I took the advice he offered in the privacy statement and uninstalled this spyware app. SECOND EDIT: He gets even more insulting in his edited response and still offers NO EXPLANATION as to why the app sends him EVERYTHING it hears. THIRD EDIT: Now he claims, "App has no internet permissions" this has me LOL!! There's NO SUCH PERMISSION!! Chrome has no "internet permissions" either, but it sends requests to web servers just fine! In the privacy statement the Dev admits to collecting any and all sounds recorded. My best advice to everyone reading this is to UNINSTALL THIS SPYWARE IMMEDIATELY!!
