This is so much better than the last app. It's fairly functional, except for a couple of things. The Voicemail tab sends me to a page with an icon that spins but does nothing else, and if there is a way to log out, or close the app, I cannot find it. I can only go to DND, which still produces notification icons, including voicemail notifications that do not work (see above).

Great app. I use this for work. I can receive work calls on my cell phone without the end caller knowing my personal number. As far as they are concerned they are calling my work number.

I can't say how many customers I had to apologize to for having an unprofessional phone system. Most of the time the caller can't hear me when I answer or the call drops in the middle of a conversation. I can't even return a call using the app for the same reasons nor have I ever been able to send a text. This app is such a good idea, it just doesn't work as intended. If there was a zero-star option that's what I would give it. Since I cant tell how many customs I lost because of it.

I've had too many issues when I've not been able to use the app & had to call the help desk. Meanwhile, I'm missing phone calls and losing business. I'm not sure I'll renew my contract.

Works dreadfully. Ever since the new Stratus Hub app was released, this app is rife with annoying technical glitches that majorly disrupt my work flow and expends too many hours trying to troubleshoot issues that should not even happen. I am constantly being prevented from signing in with my login at times. And worst of all, any Bluetooth headphones connected through my android device never are the default mic used when taking calls. There has been no fix on this issue since app was released.
