Honestly much better than I expected! I am in love with the quality for the price. A couple of things to work on though 1. The option to clone your own voice uses a sample of only 15 seconds long. The voice clone is glitchy and warbles and changes tone and pitch severely. 2. the AI reader skips over any words inside brackets like this [example] EDIT:there is a setting you can disable that allows you to skip or include wording inside brackets, parentheses, etc

I really enjoyed my trial of this app and decided to pay for the yearly membership. 6 months on & I am still loving this app and being able to listen to kindle books or uploaded documents, etc., with all the different choices of voices/accents to read them out to me in. The only annoying thing is that once you hit approximately 60 mins or more of listening time, then the app starts to play up by buffering, etc. Which is the reason I haven't given the app 5/5. Please fix this.

Downloaded yesterday (5/30) and can not find a black voices or black history section in their library. You also can't read everything as suggested. Contacted customer service & Chris left me waiting & I gave up at the 45-minute mark. There is no representation of my community on this app and customer service is unresponsive. I called immediately for a refund, but they were closed. Save your time and money.

Don't even think about subscribing. Every book you want from their library you have to pay another subscription fee and then some. Better off loaning audiobooks from your local library. Demand a free trial before subscribing, plus this app suck. Extremely deceptive bait and switch and a waste of my time and money.

I was charged after I had cancelled during the free trial period. I would really like to get a refund for that charge, but I can't find a link for that.
