Worst service - No delivery I ordered a rice bag through this app, but I never received my order Despite contacting customer service multiple times l, they keep ignoring my issues and have not issued my refund. This is completely unacceptable, poor service zero accountability. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Avoid at alla cost

App is okay, but they don't update their inventory here. So many times they have later called that certain items are not available or sometimes even send replacement without informing. Sizes of the products are different most of the time and delivery time is not what they mention on the app. Usually they deliver late. Also, one time, the rider left the groceries at the main door of the building and informed later. Service needs alot of improvement and app must show the items which are available.
