It's buggy. It's ugly and inefficient. It's not customizable. Sensors go offline constantly. When it's working, it's ok at best. But I've had nothing but issues with this system. No way to remove sensors that I'm not using. So I need to scroll through to see what I want. Why not allow removal or 1 line info instead of the big boxes with info? This system is cheaper than the competitors for a reason. Customer service when needed is 1 email per day. Kind of helpful but too slow.

App is terrible. It looks like a teenager wrote it. You can adjust the equipment settings, and that's it. There are no features. You can't export ur data anywhere. You can change the brightness of ur lights....... yey. It's only purpose is to check and see if ur tent overheats or something. And the app won't notify u. it just changes a box a different color, so u see it next time u log in after everything has already died. Do not buy Spider Farmer! Save your time, money, and effort
