I love the prices and the website doesn't lie to me and freeze on a good deal.

Our flight was canceled. It was frustrating, but we understand things happen. The problem is that Spirit made it incredibly difficult to get the money back. Since they canceled the flight, it should be a simple process, but we booked the flight and rental car through them, and we had to speak to 6 different customer service people in order to get all the money back. We sat on hold every time, and the process took about 5 hours. We'll never fly Spirit again, but they probably don't even care.

Dislike having to pay for a seat and carry on bags. Should be included in the price of the ticket.

Slow and asks too many questions trying to make u upgrade. Then they re ask u to select seats. And when u do, it doesn't work and u end up with the same seats. Also doesn't allow u to use fingerprint login like other airline aps. Have to log in each time.
