Spirit airlines charge you for almost every bag to make up for the fact that they have cheap flights. Then when you try to pay for a bag because you need to pay for a bag. They don't take your credit card. When you try to call in to talk to somebody or to pay for the bag if your flight is really close the automatic system will make actual person talk to you. But that takes about 3 to 4 hours even though they said it's a short amount of time on the automated system

Every single flight I've had over the last two years has been rescheduled or canceled which is caused a huge inconvenience. I have been a loyal customer and even had gold status at one point. I had to sit with them for over an hour and a half on the phone. The other day because they want to charge me a $99 change fee for a flight they rescheduled on me!!! I was lucky to get a credit for the flight after an hour and a half and tears. I'm so angry and disappointed with this airline right now.
