★★★★★ Got this game because I loved the table-top game. Now I play this more than the physical version - It's just so nice to have all the setup and rules automated as that's honestly the hardest part of Spirit Island. As others have mentioned it would be nice to have the option to remove particular cards (Farmers seek aid from Dayan!) as house rules. No bugs or performance issues that I've noticed. Looking forward to the Jagged Earth implementation.

★★★★★ An amazing adaptation of the board game with a team who has great care for it! Devs are constantly active in the Discord and fixing any bugs (of which there are few). The free tutorial can act as a great way to quickly teach the physical game and let you work out if you want to pay for the full version. Once you get used to the UI it's so great being able to play games with such ease.

★★☆☆☆ Edit: BAIT AND SWITCH and supposedly expensive with devs who clearly don't care about customer feedback. If they did, they might acknowledge that they should probably make the fact that this isn't even a full tutorial that's for free. Essentially the only thing that's free is to have the app on your phone. After just five TURNS in the tutorial (NOT EVEN A FULL GAME), you have to pay $20 to play.

★★☆☆☆ I paid for the full version to play on airplanes, but it will not recognize and load the full version unless I have network connectivity every time I start the app. Even pulling up the game while I have Wi-Fi is not enough if my tablet turns off when I am getting on the plane. This is extremely frustrating. I have other games with paid content that are all available without issue when offline. Really disappointed. Great game if it worked offline.
