SpoilStack: Excavation & Hauls

Your 330 is on the Henderson job. The dozer is there too. The Bobcat is at Maple St.

You know that because you opened SpoilStack, not because you made four phone calls.

SpoilStack is excavation job tracking for small dirt crews that run on whiteboards, group texts and paper today. Your jobs, machines, crew and haul counts in one simple app.

Dump truck load tickets, without the paper. Start a haul session and log loads with one tap, right from the notification. Every load gets a timestamp, the machine and the material. If the trucker says 16 and the foreman says 14, you have the record. Your haul tickets stay on the job, ready when the invoice comes in.

Know where your iron is. SpoilStack is an equipment tracker for your whole fleet. See every machine and the job it's on, move one to another site with a tap, and log hour meter readings as you go.

Know who's where. The crew schedule shows who's on which job today and this week. Each person can open "just me" to see their own day.

The whole job in one place. Todos, photos, plans you can mark up, permits and documents, a daily log, T&M tags, crew hours and a shared job notepad the whole crew can write in. When the job's done, export a closeout package with the records and files.

Start the day knowing the plan. A morning email lists today's jobs, who's on them and where the machines are. Tap any job or machine in it to open it right in the app.

No signal in the hole? Keep working. SpoilStack saves everything on the phone and syncs it when you're back in range.
