This app is designed for tracking & analysis and using it as a social media is only optional. Unlike the main competitor, privacy is the default. This makes it much more suitable for athletes who just want to track their progress with no BS. I had trouble with my Samsung phones to avoid GPS interruptions during tracking but the problem is finally solved (app info > battery > unrestricted). The app support should be more detailed regarding this issue.

Overall great sports tracking app. Works great with a suunto heart rate monitor. But there are some issues. When you create route for specific sport type on desktop PC different icon is shown (for mountain biking the bowling icon is displayed. Please FIX! Also, premium version is lacking real offline mode - only what is in cache, you need to manually scroll through entire route and even this is not 100 guarantee to work when offline.

I used to love this app. Over the years, they improved on accuracy of speed, elevation, and GPS tracking. After their first few years, things were finally great until 3 years ago. Suddenly, they made all relevant stats PREMIUM. You want to compare how you did on the same route, you pay premium. You want to know if you are making progress, u pay premium. U want to see the map of ur workouts, u pay premium. Now. Almost ALL useful features r paid. It wants all permissions 2. Time for a different app.

I have been using this app since 2017, and it's been great tracking my various activities! But the recent update has several bugs. The new version does not allow the user to add an activity manually at all. If it does, which is at random times, .the activity date is off by a day. Also, I've been asking tech support to add strength training, barre, and boot camp to the list of activities; it's been a year, and they're still not added. Please fix the bug soon!

No phone number to call. Need to send email. As a premium member I do not know whether the email was delivered or not. I have been a member for over 10 years and having issues with the app. Very disappointing.
