This is a great app for it is designed to do. This app is designed to record strings of GPS coordinates. Nothing else. You can then view the string of coordinates on Google Earth. Great for going hiking and seeing where the track actually went. Where you took your boat etc. It's NOT for tracking your calorie burn, steps per km or other fitness related stuff. If you want that, go and install MyFitnessPal or whatever. To everyone whinging about it go and install Google Fit or MyFitnessPal. It's probably guilty of being mislabelled is all. Should have been "GPS Location Tracker"

Disappointingly few features. It only shows a current map and saves KML. No sports stuff like speed.

No reason to download This is a battery eating, pointless app that's a waste of bandwidth. When you click start, you see your speed, etc. It can trace your track, IF you have the map part on. Now you can't see speed, time, etc. It saves, but need another app to open it and it doesn't show previous stats; only map? Stupid.
