I was looking for an easy camera for my home and Spot Cam did not disappoint me. I don’t require a SD card nor NAS to do the recording, no more complicated technical terms.

I had felt extremely insecure before installing the security camera, being afraid of someone breaking into my apartment or hiding out somewhere in the house. Honestly, I could barely sleep well at night, even a tiny little sound scares me. Fortunately, I found Eva 2. The cloud recording service is really convenient! And I finally find my mentally peace after buying that. Insomnia doesn’t bother me anymore!

This customer service is nice and perfect. I am not so good at managing but I'm little bit a confused when I received the product. At the end the clear guidlince that A to Z process is very easy to maintain & follow. I like this app most.

App crashed multiple times during account creation presenting a message about crashes being a known issue. App detected and connected to camera but failed to properly configure camera for use. After the configuration failure the camera no longer broadcast its setup network. The instructions available, and the instruction booklet provided describe the setup process as installing the app. Text entry fields do not adjust the window size when the keyboard is on screen which keeps all the navigate

Absolutely NO way to use cam if you. Change routers. Don't care what the instructions say. YouTube videos, pano2 help. Nothing works. Tried off and on for a year. Once you put in a router connection it's there forever. No changing to new router. Had expert tech guys try. It's useless. Not going to work!!!! Sad. It was a good cam.

VERY RISKY IF USED TO WATCH A BABY The video feed often freezes after a few minutes. I tried it on my Iphone and Android, and we have very reliable and fast internet....you have to manually close and restart the app to fix the video feed. This is very dangerous.you think you are watching a live feed while you actually have no idea what is happening to the baby.

App fails to start all the time, and it remains stuck on the blue Splash screen. The App doesn't work on windowed mode, so if you have windows opened on your device, the Spot Cam app will show as background, behind all windows (so it can't be seen). Then there are the constant "Session Timeouts" while watching your cameras... as in: can't watch a camera for more than a few minutes before it stops working and forces you to click a button to restart...
