VERY RISKY IF USED TO WATCH A BABY The video feed often freezes after a few minutes. I tried it on my Iphone and Android, and we have very reliable and fast internet....you have to manually close and restart the app to fix the video feed. This is very dangerous.you think you are watching a live feed while you actually have no idea what is happening to the baby.

Ok when it works. However, App has randomly erased/forgotten/reset camera multiple times. It returns to the "Welcome to your Spot cam" page and requires the camera to be manually paired again, leaving the area unexpected unprotected while away. I live alone, so there aren't any people who would have physical access to the camera while away.

Cannot update the firmware. Only connected the camera for 5 minutes then it cannot be connected again.

Absolutely NO way to use cam if you. Change routers. Don't care what the instructions say. YouTube videos, pano2 help. Nothing works. Tried off and on for a year. Once you put in a router connection it's there forever. No changing to new router. Had expert tech guys try. It's useless. Not gonna work!!!! Sad. It was a good cam.
