Love the content generated and the ease with which it can be shared on social channels, only issue is with the gamification part sometimes the points for sharing, liking and commenting doesn't get accounted. Also, info on what cycle is followed for rewards and who gets physical rewards, top 3 or top 5 etc. would also be helpful information that have in FAQs.

Preferences are set to English, yet the majority of notification content comes in Spanish. No way to change it.

App sign out and the battle at re sign-on with 2FA. Every time you switch apps to get the 2FA, Sprinkler reset, and you have to go the process to reload sign-on screen. Notification stopped working - not receiving any new notification.
