An amazing banking app and has so many ways to save

Spruce has been great for years-easy to use, checks deposit quickly, easy to move & save money, easy to get a hold of customer service in the very few times I've ever needed to call. Recently though (2026), the app has had many issues- ie, constantly logging me out & not letting me log back in, freezing, and I've had to uninstall & reinstall it multiple times in the last few months, which has never been an issue before. Hopefully they fix these issues, otherwise it's been wonderful & simple!

Spruce is not very dependable be careful, I'm having an issue doing mobile deposits and their solution was to find another bank, that's great business Hope you guys last don't worry I won't be using your services any longer, the delay on deposits is worse, and the customer service well there half-baked foreigners that don't know anything they just push buttons.

They closed my account because I was negative $10 for more than 30 days and when I got my direct deposit I can't access it until the escalation in the back office restricts my account

Not very good! I had to get a code recent and upon doing so a message prompted telling me "too many attempts try again later. All because the code was recent to me. They shouldn't have the resend code feature if al they are going to do is send a message like that. My accessing the spruce app was a time sensitive matter, and they delayed something very important to me and that was seeing my daughter whom I miss. It's an obstruction to justice along with the million of other obstructions .......
