Arif! I just wrote a wickedly nasty review of this app. Then I discovered that the real problem is how they communicate IN the app (hint, hint). I guess it's typical of the techie types and the money-making techniques apps use. I won't expose theirs because they do have to make money, but if you persist, you will find that there IS a built-in way to get satisfaction. I ended up not cancelling because of what I discovered--and because it IS a good, AFFORDABLE app (hint, hint).

The app wasn't too bad at all for me. What was the absolute worst was the customer service who stole the 29.95 from my bank account this was after I asked to be unsubscribed that they stole the money, and then when I emailed them they said I haven't been a customer since July 2022. Which is bs. Considering I have the screenshot and sent it to them from my bank saying they took the money out of my account and at what time they took it out. So the developer the app was ok for me.

DO NOT USE FOR CRIMINAL RECORDS, ARREST RECORDS, OR BACKGROUND INFO-everything besides the criminal records is spot on. BUT this app has returned a search result of" no criminal records or arrest records" for FOUR different family members who all have extensive misdeamor and felony convictions over the last 20 years. Hiw many people have allowed dangerous people into their homes or hearts because of inaccurate info obtained on here-NOT OK. Stop claiming 2b able 2pull peoples criminal records
