How can I see 4.9 for you? I am not even able to enter the OTP I get on my email. The OTP I receive, and I try to log in using it ...it says that the OTP is wrong. Not a good onboarding experience.

I just downloaded the app considering the positive reviews, however am not able to click pictures, it keeps saying some issue with app and to contact customer service. By the way I am a chocolatier and need to click some mouth watering and professional looking Chocolate pics.

Half the time I have to restart app in order for the 360 exterior photos to recognize the car. Interrupts my music every time I snap a picture because of shutter sound. Extremely unreliable connecting to a theta 360 camera. I had to get a different app to use theta 360 camera. Have to restart app when I need to retake a picture. Have to scan VINs over and over again because it tries to read it when unfocused. Doesn't dump files, so there's 12.4 gb of memory used on my phone.
