Since many sneaky developers don't list costs and Google doesn't require them to, as of now Pro is $1.99 per month (FYI, $23.88 per year, or $119.40 over 5 years!). That's for queries and editing. The free version (and likely Pro) doesn't open .db files correctly or in some cases at all. It displays but can't edit CSV files in a simple table -- use a free spreadsheet app! And this is bigger than other more powerful SQL tools: 228 MB installed! Ads are relatively unobtrusive. But not worth it.
