Square Invoices allows me to create and send professional invoices very easily. I love that the invoices have a payment link built in, so it's easy for the customer to make a quick payment after I send them the invoice. I also take advantage of the contracts feature by sending Completion of Services contracts to my customers, so they can sign it with a digital signature. This is important when I am performing warranty repairs on RVs. I enjoy using Square, and the free features that it offers!

Because after using this service for over a year without a heads-up or notification my account has been deactivated, and I have several unpaid invoices tht I can not get paid on for work tht has been done. I call customer service only to get a person tht barely speaks English to tell me its deactivated, can't in any way be re active and gives me absolutely bo legitimate reason why it's been cut off. This is my business and my families livelihood. To be cut iff without notice, is criminal

Very sad. Deactivated my account after 4 years with absolutely no problems then out of nowhere deactivated. Really enjoyed square, but that's a bad way to do your customers.

This was a big part of the way I did business but because I had a customer that misunderstood the spice of work in the building contract, they started a dispute in order to get out of having to pay for the replacement of rotted wood we initially could in no way have known about it as it was behind old gutters that were being taken off to install new gutters. In order to resolve the dispute we had to pony up an additional $2500 to replace all the rotted wood. Now they take a % of each invoice.
