Initially great but reminders stop working.... Update...turn off power saving mode to allow the reminder notifications.

This app has really made doing these exercises a lot easier. Helps to maintain focus and consistency and has reminders you can set so you don't forget.

Good app to do pelvic floor exercises. Although, notifications do not work which results in forgetting to do the exercises. If the notifications worked, definitely worth 5 stars.

Latest release is far worse than previously. Seem to get double notifications of exercise each time, and it just goes to the main screen rather than the starting screen. Vibrate option doesn't work.

Poor development. If you had an initial notification set up and then change it, you'll get a notification for both the new and old reminder. But not always at the same time, if you have one for 9 am, it sometimes sends me a notification after 9.30 and a few more after even if I completed it. If you complete a series a few minutes before the reminder, it'll still send you a reminder.

Since the update the notifications have become really annoying. I get 3 or 4 notifications for each session rather than just one. And I'm getting reminders to complete a bladder diary, which I don't want and can't seem to turn off. Can you fix this please?
