Here’s how Squelch works
1. You pick the apps you’d like to block*
2. You set a date and time range where you don’t want to access these apps (what we call a “blackout” period)
3. Your digital detox begins!

For those with severe self-control issues: Squelch enables you to specify a dollar amount between $1 - $250 (your “bid”). If you break your blackout, this is the amount you would have to pay. We built this to help people who have a harder time with self-control.

* Squelch will only block the apps that you specify during setup. Be mindful of the applications you are choosing to block and avoid blocking apps such as texting and calling apps.
