⭐ 1-Star Rating I am very disappointed with the Sri Chaitanya app. The app frequently shows errors while trying to download the report card, and the “Update Now” option does not work properly. The homework section also fails to load or display assignments correctly. These issues make it difficult for students and parents to access important academic information on time. Please fix these technical problems and improve the app’s performance and reliability.

★☆☆☆☆Dasthagiri Munna· Aug 29, 2026
Worst App Experience! The app logs out every single time you reopen it and asks to log in again. Apart from the online fee payment, no other feature actually works - all sections are always empty. Books and other online bookings through the app take forever to load and never complete and longer delivery TAT after paying the delivery charges also. It feels like the app is made just to fool parents. Needs a complete redesign. Highly disappointed from Sri Chaitanya.

App opens only fee payments, not open secure marks and others. It is like only fee payments app. When trying to open exam results it's loading not open.
