Based on the steel characteristics, die and tool symmetry, final bend shape and friction conditions, it gives you the result in seconds:

Sorry but you are asking for way too much personal information that is irrelevant to the app which gives me suspicion that they will use my information for their gain. My email, name, name of company, and so on is not important for simple calculations on an app made for said calculation.
