UPDATE: Emailed Staff mate. They responded immediately and worked with my employer to fix the issue. Notifications are coming through just fine now. Revised from 3 stars to 5 stars. This app worked just fine for a year but recently needed to uninstall/reinstall it. Suddenly, I don't receive notifications anymore now. I've given the app notification & location permissions on my phone, but nothing. So now I'm missing shift offers because I'm no longer being notified. Extremely frustrating.

Update: I have spoken to a few other employees same issues Now I have been receiving messages that are null from my supervisor on a level that is distracting I am also receiving shift proposals that are already full even though as soon as I get the notification within seconds the shift is full. Andrew Moore says he doesn't know why and also asks what null messages do when opened. Viki Staffing Dallas Update: June 7th he pleaded with me to remove my review I didn't, so he fired me

Cam't find the setting options to manage my notifications. Nowhere on the app. We are 5 people using this app around and no one seems to find it. No help online, no explanations.
