Comments on Stagedoor Rewards for Android

Shifting tickets because of a rail strike- Stage door were v helpful with helping change a ticket to a new date to avoid a train strike, when the ticket was non-refundable. Very responsive. Excellent service.

★★★★★ Tom Watney · Jul 2, 2026

The best theater app for London! Pros: it has more London events than anywhere else all in one place and, of course all the mainstream ones. Pricing is excellent, normally cheaper than going direct (look out for the special ticket offers). Easy to use. You can earn points, which convert into money off. Cons: I wish there was more control over which notifications I got, so I don't miss out on the ticket offers.

★★★★★ Beth Brown · Aug 17, 2022

Tried to book tickets and payment failed. Tried to book them again 30 seconds later and the three seats I selected are blanked out. Tried again with the three seats next to the original ones, payment failed again and now these three are blanked out too! No contact or help button, and now I can't book the seats a wanted. Please get in touch with me

Very poor app experience. I only downloaded it because it claimed to offer £10 off my first purchase. I used the app to find the show I was already interested in but the app 'book now' button just took me to the venue website. I booked and paid, assuming the app was doing something clever behind the scenes to feed in the discount, but no. So basically the app made the search/book process MORE difficult for no benefit whatsoever over just booking direct with the venue. Utterly pointless. Avoid.

★☆☆☆☆ Mark Adam · Jul 14, 2022

Signed up for the app as it promised 10 pounds off my first order. Didn't happen. I chose another company to book my tickets with.

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · Feb 25, 2020

I find it really hard to use this app, I selected a couple of theaters to follow, and now it seems impossible to figure out how to change it. The screen is cramped with icons, and there is no way to change anything.

★☆☆☆☆ Rishi Gudka · Sep 7, 2022

Was promised £10 off show tickets but after downloading app and signing up and claiming the reward, it wouldn't give me £10 off despite my basket being much higher than that value. I will be deleting this app and cancelling my membership
