★★★★★ Buying tickets is easy. Rush Tix are great value and often are the best seats in the house.

★★★★★ Most recent purchase was great to be able to access the ticket scan boxes straight from the Today app right after purchase and not have to worry about locating an email 24 hours before the show. Great improvement!

★★★★★ The Rush tickets and other lotteries are great value and worthwhile for seeing a show but be prepared for the limited tickets to be gone in seconds and don't give up retrying until it actually says they're all sold. It's worth being cautious about regular tickets as they can sometimes be an inflated price compared to buying from the theater or other agents. I do hope that the Theatre Roulette site comes back again and would love to see it integrated with the main app, so it's easier to buy.

★★☆☆☆ What's the value? Zero! I don't want to have to use this app just to be able to show my tickets to someone. It's a really annoying gimmick to push a bunch of ads I have no interest in. Grrr.

★★☆☆☆ Anytime I try to order tickets via the app all it does is spin. I enter the same information multiple times, and it never COMPLETES. Truly unbelievable!!!

★★☆☆☆ Forced to download this app to see my tickets, and forced to sign up as well. What an awful user experience.

★★☆☆☆ I'lI tell it to search for today's shows, and it gives me the lowest price for the next three months to get me try Coco on the show. The app can't do what it's name says it does.
