Best new public transportation service in Stamford! Share riding and safer than Uber! There might be a pick-up or a drop-off along to your destination, I look at it as road trip in town! The drivers are amazing and friendly, it's always great to see a familiar face, and the price per ride is affordable. More vans and drivers would be phenomenal 🎉

They don't come to Springdale area, which is not fair....

Rides are almost never available. When they are, it's usually a 15 - 45 minute wait. I've only been able to get a ride twice out of the multiple times I've tried. The app is also very buggy and doesn't give correct directions to the drivers. 1.75 is excellent for a ride, but you're not paying to get strong service.

They don't actually serve the whole city. It perpetuates a lot of the issues with public transit, especially the difficulty accessing it in a more rural part of town. The support people are rude and uncaring. A big swing and a miss
