Unable to connect, the internet banking has been very difficult to use. Transaction is not possible causing a lot of business setbacks. Life become a bit difficult also.

The bank platform is a great improvement over the former app, but I have a problem with the bluest platform. It is highly unresponsive, there is no means of calling customer care and the wallet funding using the Zest platform provided still has a long way to go, and the bank transfer option provides a blank account number. Please make wallet funding easier for the investor.

Great improvements from the former app! Loving the interface! The tiny thing for me is the narration section, I believe I have the choice to not add any form of narration when I intend to make urgent transfers. Without any narration, I simply cannot continue because apparently, it is a "cannot be blank" field. Kindly look into this.

Kept sending OTP to an ancient phone number I lost, therefore I can't upgrade to teir one or even carry out any transaction. Why not send the OTP to the number linked to my bank account or even my Gmail???
