This is total disgraceful. I have been getting emails to download a soft token for over 2 months now. I did download it with high hopes. Unfortunately, the app never opened for once. It crashes immediately you attempt launch.

I use infinix Hot60i and after downloading the app, I was unable to open the app. It crashes in an attempt to launch it.
