I was having issues to create my own Secure Pass, and it didn't work, so I sent email to them, and I got a call after 12 hrs on WhatsApp, and they put me through the process now is working for me my advice is this if you have isuse In this regard is either you sent email if you are in diaspora for assistance or call them on phone if you live in Nigeria to get assistance because doing it your self will not work. Thanks

After going to the bank to activate the secure pass code the box are not clicking in order for me to insert the secure token code to for me to access my uba bank app what's the problem

We all know UBA had a very poor internet banking services but this secure pass goes an extra mile to frustrate you. I even went to the bank to get help and the customer service ended up being frustrated too. It's a terrible app, I don't recommend it all. Just find an alternative

Very useless app, you sent a code but is telling me that I don't have current capabilities to use it. Very useless bank. Even your staffs are confused. Very useless as your bank services.
