very, very terrible app. Does not generate any code for kids account, yet it prompts for its download during verification. So frustrating!

Has never ever worked for me. Always says invalid code/secure pass authentication. When I go to the bank, they provide a POS for me to do transfer and promise the secure pass will work in 24hrs. When next I need to use it, same old story

Very useless app. It is crashing. For a long time now, I cannot log in to my UBA app. Using the card verification, It rejected the card expiry date even though it is correct. For the secure pass, The app is not opening. How can you lock my money this way while I'm suffering? OPAY uses fingers and face to verify, but you choose to make life difficult for your customers
