I love this My Plate app You guys try this out because this will help you have healthy nutrients.

I think some people don't it's an app USDA that only gives articles and recipes for healthy eating.but its job is not to monitor you daily... Go somewhere else and pay for it like you should.
★★★★★
The app is educational and functions well, but it's not for me. It is best for people who prefer very simple daily food goals ("eat fruit with lunch"). I needed a way to track the servings of each food group. I give it four stars because you cannot create your own goals, you can only choose from the provided options. They are all good suggestions, but I ended up uninstalling it because I had additional/different goals. If you also want to count servings, not calories, I suggest the Nutrition app.
★★★★★
This app is wonderful, it's exactly what I need to be able to set and track simple and guided goals to eat healthier.
★★☆☆☆
So close, but it's not it. I want to be able to just choose that I ate a serving of vegetables. This isn't it. This has you set tandom goals, such as "add fruit to a salad" and then you track that.
★★☆☆☆
Very user-friendly but useless. It doesn't give a specified plan for your specific goals, as its ad suggests. It's basically a mini tracker for what food groups you ate, not what percentage of each you should be eating.
★★☆☆☆
Useless. I could've just written a checklist. I used the original my plate app to gain weight, and I've lost all the weight I gained since it went down, so I thought I'd try this app. But there's no calorie tracker, no food database, nothing. "I ate a fruit today, I ate protein today." What happened to my plate? The ease of use, the database of foods so I don't have to count the calories myself. I have a friend who's been gaining weight with a paid service, so I'll maybe try that app.
★★☆☆☆
Prompts to log in are way too frequent. Goals for food groups are great if that's what you want to do, but there should be an option for the quiz on their website to be incorporated for personalized recommendations.
