StayGuide helps short-term rental hosts organize bookings, prepare guest arrivals and coordinate their team. Manage one apartment or several vacation rental properties from one host management app.
RESERVATIONS AND CALENDAR See current and upcoming stays in a shared rental calendar. Add direct bookings and keep reservations organized by apartment.
ICAL CALENDAR SYNC Import availability from Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and Vrbo through iCal.
Direct reservations created in StayGuide are shared through its iCal export links, allowing connected platforms to update their calendars and block the booked dates.
StayGuide makes those dates available in its export immediately. When they appear on each connected platform depends on that platform’s calendar refresh schedule.
A DIGITAL STAY GUIDE FOR EVERY GUEST Put check-in instructions, entrance and parking photos, videos, Wi-Fi details and house rules in one guest guide. Guests open the web guide using their PIN, without registering or installing an app. Guest access is time-limited.
