ICAL SYNC FOR AIRBNB AND BOOKING.COM HOSTS
Import availability from Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and Vrbo through iCal. Bring connected calendars into your hosting workflow alongside direct bookings.

Direct reservations created in StayGuide are shared through its iCal export links, allowing connected platforms to update their calendars and block the booked dates. StayGuide makes those dates available in its export immediately. When they appear on each connected platform depends on that platform's calendar refresh schedule.

DIGITAL GUEST GUIDEBOOK AND CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Create a guest guide with check-in instructions, entrance and parking photos, videos, Wi-Fi details and house rules. Keep arrival information together in a digital welcome book for your vacation rental.

Guests open their web guide using a PIN, without registering or installing an app. Guest access is time-limited. Give guests the details they need to find the property and settle in.

CLEANING TASKS AND TEAM COORDINATION

14-DAY TRIAL
Start with a 14-day trial, without a payment card. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue making changes; your account becomes read-only without one.

Hosts need a StayGuide account. An internet connection is required for cloud sync, calendar updates and shared guest and team access. Paid subscriptions are managed through Google Play.
