Worst for many reasons. One is the "police station" thing. They want to know the police station, but seems like the area is not under their that specific hub. Therefore, parcels are being sent here and there, even in Dhaka to Dhaka. Fix this, change "Police Station" to "Hub" mentioning the areas under the hub. Otherwise, it's the worst. Secondly, didn't pick on time. Inside Dhaka, it often takes 3 days to deliver. They don't care about the customer nor the seller. Worst courier for now.

Not recommended for marchent or any business owner. In my opinion they are one of the bad courier service in Bangladesh. They are very lazy and irresponsive about their service and support. I was added a parcel for pick, but they didn't response or any update. After almost 36 hours they called me and took necessary information for pickup the parcel. But after more than a day their delivery boy came to pick my parcel. But already my customer canceled my order for late delivery.

One of the worst experiences. First time took their service, and they could not deliver from dhaka city to dhaka city in 7 days. They have lost the product. Extraordinary Experience.
