Description

Stegvis is a food diary that is intended to be used as a clinical support tool when you are in treatment for an eating disorder. Stegvis makes it easier for you to register your meals and you can set reminders that help you find a structure in the everyday life for your eating habits. As a common element in most of the evidence-based treatments of eating disorders, you and your therapist review your meal registrations regularly.

How to get started
To get started with Stegvis, your therapist gives you a code to unlock the app. You only need the code once at start-up.
