★★☆☆☆ I updated my Professor Einstein with this upsate, it ruined my software and Hanson Robotics won't do anything about it. I'm stuck with a $300 robot that does nothing. My advise is STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. and be aware that Hanson Robotics will do nothing if you encounter problems.

★★☆☆☆ my son got the toy as a present in 2019. it looks like this app hasnt been updated for 1 yr now. tried creating an account but passwrds didnt match. try to reset asks to create new passwrd but wont accept it. heeeeelppppp!!!!!
