The app is wonderful, and I love the fact that it has backup, and you can simply log in on any device. My challenge is that the backup is not restoring pictures of designs and every image taken is not recovered when you restore backup. Please look into this

Finding it difficult to log in. After I custom my measurements, it clears by itself. I have to custom again. You can't save custom measurements for good.

Only upfront about a payment being needed once you open the app. I get the WHY for a payment being needed, but some transparency on the landing page here would be appreciated. Otherwise, it feels deceptive and dishonest.

Can't mark an order/task complete edit : I know an order/item can be deleted, but why would I want to do that instead of just marking it done?

I've been trying to open this app, but it's rejecting my password and there's no option for forgot password. Please add the option for forgot password. It's frustrating to no being able to access the information stored in the app. I have just lost all previous measurements to this app.
