It runs well if you manage to install your can light without fail. I've had to uninstall/reinstall the app to successfully do so, and I'm trying that again. The device won't connect to my network and I follow the steps exactly. Update: I contacted support (which they are really prompt on response time) and we're looking into this issue. It might be a defective device and not the app.

We really liked this camera and app, but it's telling me it has a bug to check for update, but it just had an update. Now it won't work because it has a bug even after update. I Uninstaller and then reinstall still says developer needs to do and update to get rid of bug. Been using this app for yrs, but now it has a bug so are you going to fix it, so I can continue to use it.

Bought 2 for 20.00 at yard sale...ran a drop cord to each set of floodlights installed the app...reset the first in carport added a Wi-Fi extender($10)connected then repeated the process for the one in the gable in backyard...I can check them when im away from home scare the hell outa people with the speaker and siren...lights are ridiculously bright...only issue is the access to the videos is limited and nearly non-accessible by conventional means.you must sort through alot.no ads

Meh, started out ok. The updates suck. Seems like it gets worse after every update. Records when nothing is there, and now it has started to turn the lights on when the sun goes down. I am going to look for a new camera, this is getting annoying. ...and now this cam will not connect to Wi-Fi anymore. Into the trash bin it will go.

I hope the developers read this. I have a floodlight/security camera combo that requires to use the Stellar Cam app. I tried to use this on our boat but unable to because the app requires the Wi-Fi to have a password. We use the free Wi-Fi the marina provides and there's no password. Because of this, our camera is unusable for our needs. Fix the Wi-Fi password requirement....PLEASE!
