I'm only rating this as a five star, so people can see how I got mine working. I downloaded the latest version and connected the bulb to my Wi-Fi, after this it said the bulb was offline. To solve this issue I uninstalled the app and downloaded version 4.1.0 from an APK website. In that version I selected add bulb, then I tapped the red "detected available device" to add the already Wi-Fi connected bulb, before adding I was able to update the bulb firmware which fully fixed my connectivity issues.

Actually I'm writing this to those who trashing this app. Work just fine on my Android device. Make sure you connect your lamp to device and then to local wi-fi. Only problem is that my app doesn't have" SCENE" option. Overall app fine.

*** UPDATE 1-7-2018 the latest version is still broken. *** Can't register using the app. So these are glorified normal light bulbs.
