Simple, yet holds a lot of info. I'm not a doctor, but I live with ADHD & PTSD... So I can personally tell you how apps can stress me out, overwhelm me, or do the opposite of what they're intended for. This app doesn't do that for me. The colors gave me in a calm space there are not a lot of bells and whistles, and it basically just boils down to that rule my therapist is always told me... "keep it simple stupid". She was a woman w few words, but the ones that were spoken rang true. So far so good

Love it real nice vibe (don't really like the look of the little dino characters (my preference) it is nice if they are customizable or smth but just as a to-do list calming app is really helpful and calming

What an original approach to habit building & productivity. I really liked how the app reflects the inner workings of my mind. When you create a task, it can have 3 states : Do (initial state), doing, done. You have to manually transition from "doing" to "done" as your progress in the task. What an idea! Brilliant thinking !! Sorry if people are having trouble understanding what I'm describing. Just download it for yourself and see! Overall, very great & intuitive productivity app.

I already love the app, and have replaced it with microsoft to-do for my everyday to-do app. My personal Get Things Done workflow is now like this: Trello (for programs and project overviews) --> Calendar (events and fixed schedules) --> Sticky Goals (this app for focused tasks) --> Orgzly (ongoing projects) --> Clock (for focus timers). I don't need Orgzly for smaller tasks, and so this app is now my primary task viewer replacing microsoft to-do, ... it is also my tasks inbox.
