Tried lots of other programs like allen carrs easy way. But this one I found way better. The five-day support post your quit day is so vital. Which is missing from most other programs. This isn't just some random helpful tips for craving kind of section. The videos for each day after quitting specifically address issues that come up each day over time during the adjustment period. I HAD STOPPED SMOKING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS EARLIER TOO BUT ALWAYS FELT LIKE GOING UPHILL.THIS TIME IT FEELS SO CHILLED OUT!

So glad SSI2H is back in the app store! Jason Vale is a great motivational speaker with an excellent perspective on the nicotine trap and thought processes on how to overcome it. Personally, I've used his program twice b4 (successfully quitting up to 3 years), & now a third, due to relapse. But every time he's made it easy and even enjoyable with his bedtime subconscious sleep hypnosis. If you have a sound mind and really want to quit, I highly recommend his program!

This makes it so easy! One week after listening, and I haven't touched a cigarette. This is all about understanding how smoking works and Jason explains it perfectly. I have had the odd craving here and there but only for a moment. If you are serious about giving up, this costs less than a packet of cigarettes and just works so well.

Coaching session one ends halfway through. So, in part 2, he's referencing things that you don't understand. Would be great if you can fix this, so I can try again.

The app doesn't fit on my screen, so it is impossible to actually start as the start button for the coaching is off the page - really disappointed

App just does not work as intended. Coaching session one shows as 10 minutes long. Press play, and it stops playing before reaching the end of the session. The second problem is as there is no time shown on the progress bar it's nigh on impossible to get straight back to the part where it stopped playing. But random taps at the progress bar does confirm the whole coaching session is in there, but by then I've lost the will, It does this on both my phone and tablet, so it's not device related.
