Somethings ERROR on the LIST menu, when I try to print, I hide Min Stock, and Show min order quantity, there always show MIN STOCK, i RETREAT already pay for 1 month for this ERROR APPS

I downloaded the trial version, and it did the job that I needed. So I decided to purchase it. I then used it for several months and invested much time into it, and it kept track of my inventory as I needed it to. I did not need any further enhancement. It no longer works and informs me I have to purchase a subscription. I have now lost track of valuable inventory, and it appears that the app has reverted to trial. What happened to my original purchase and most important where did my stock go?
