Stridist is an excellent platform, I can understand why it may have had lower ratings in the past. When I first joined, both the platform and support were great, but over time the support went downhill. That has completely changed. Support is now fantastic, especially thanks to Mia, who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear Stridist has listened to feedback and made real improvements, and they now deserve a higher rating.

Once you sign up, there's no clear way to cancel. Extremely suspicious. The app itself keeps reverting my preferences back to imperial units. So not very useful either

This app lets coaches+clients communicate, programs be set, scheduled+checked off. I've had many problems with it in my 2 wks using it. Main -it just won't show you your program if you don't have an active internet connection. My gym has patchy mobile data signal: if I can open a workout then it self-closes if it loses connection or the device sleeps, and requires initial mind/body-state qs to be reanswered before it trys to reload the whole workout page from scratch. It's lost data too.

Not user friendly. Coach doesn't receive messages when workout completed. Doesn't show progress. No option to record pbs or send feedback videos to coach.
