Our physical therapy assigned my wife and I exercise on the app. We cannot even register an account due to a constant "not authorized" error message on every screen.

Can't even sign in. I registered and when I go to the login page it does nothing. When I try to re register it says the account already exists, yet I can't log in.

Only works if you are under the care of a physical therapist. I liked having a workout at my fingertips but not anymore. First it wouldn't recognize my credentials (even copying and pasting them). Then it wouldn't let me reset my password because I didn't enter a valid email (copy and pasted that, too). Then it wouldn't let me recreate my account with my access code because I had an existing account (which I can't log into). Other PT apps let you keep your at-home therapy but not these folks.
