Omg we can see details from inside the app now! No more having to open a separate Web browser page just to see the workout I just synced. If they can add the power graph, this would be a 5.0~

Hope the footpath sync can be faster and reliable. Even I have set auto footpath sync, my last sync data was two weeks ago... the other stats data are sync OK though, just footpath

I like the Stryd GUI better than the Garmin GUI. It has good insights, and isn't too cluttered. First I thought the Stryd wasn't configurable enough. But somehow this isn't necessary. After only 3 runs it has the same zones as my Garmin after a year of tweaking. The running stress statistics seems to be more accurate than other apps. Race prediction is pretty accurate. It suggested 261w for 1h43 HM. I did 254w on a 1h45 HM! The support from the developer is very good!

This is hands down the least accurate app I have ever used. Out of four attempts it only recorded one. The one was atrocious. I ran a bit over 6 miles per Strata. This app had me around 4.3 at one point. When I looked at it again progress had stopped. I hit the record button again, and it started back up from zero. I stopped it at around 1 mile from that point. It told me I ran a bit over 5 miles in just over 11 minutes for 2:16/mile. I did not. Not one single good data point.

Confusing. How do I do a treadmill workout within a training plan? I can't access the inputs for telling Stryd what the current incline is. Treadmill controls only show when I start a manual run from the calendar '+' button

When you buy a stryd device, you are required to sign up for their subscription service for a minimum of 6 months. The training plans are nothing worth paying for. The critical power estimation is supposed to be based off data you provide when you run but even after dozens of runs mine never became established. Running based on power metrics is kind of gimmicky anyway. This pod is most useful for real time pace estimates, but it needs calibration and doesn't play well with a Garmin watch.
