I joined RSO because their advice, as well as being based in doctorate-level academic theory, is used in their real daily practice and just makes sense. The videos cover correct strength and running techniques, common issues and answer the questions you would ask if you were there in person. Base 6 is exactly what I needed for the strength training necessary for stronger running and injury prevention. I can't recommend RSO highly enough. Thank you for keeping me on my feet and helping me feel good and how I look and feel.

I've used Run Smart Online for my training about 2 years now and am so happy about the goals I have been able to accomplish with training plans with running 1/2 and full marathons and remaining injury free! I love that it is developed and run by physical therapists, whose goal is to teach strength and running mechanics for all of us to move more efficiently. This app will help to have all of that right here with me for my next training cycle.

As others mentioned, install and start app, it shows login page, no link to create new account, so you stuck there.

How useless. I downloaded this app for the first time and when I went to use it I was asked to log in, but I have never been on before. I had no option to create an account and when I put my email in it kept telling me my login was incorrect.... I don't have a login!!
