Studio Tax is pretty simple to use and generally makes my tax return pretty easy, even with employment and self-employment, rentals, etc. The wizard used to give great information to maximize your credits. Now, it does take a bit more work but overall simple to use.

App's a little glitchy, desktop is actually better, but it reminds me of credits I might be eligible for, and it helps make sure I'm not missing anything. I've tried a bunch of apps and web based services, and also fill out the forms on paper, and Studio Tax consistently and accurately gets me the highest return.

Very hard to file compared to the past. A lot of times, the connection to CRA fails. Also, a lot of the directions are unclear, and it's hard to find the appropriate forms.
